Self-supporting structure. Machine frame made of tubular steel to provide a large base for the work table. The structure is positioned on three self-leveling feet. The electrical control cabinet is integrated into the machine frame. "Easy Motion" central Bakelite support table: - an MDF sector for through-hole drilling, automatically pivoting for horizontal drilling - an infeed roller that facilitates panel loading - a rear roller conveyor that facilitates panel sliding - left and right stops - a central aligner with manual adjustment. The left and right stops are required to drill the two opposite sides of the panel horizontally in the "X" direction. Panel positioning along the X axis is achieved by means of suction cups. Unit support. This is a gantry structure made of tubular steel. The main machining unit is installed on the gantry. F10L drilling unit includes: - 7 independent vertical spindles - Drill chuck D10 mm - Distance between spindles 32 mm - 2 horizontal drilling heads, 1 in X direction with a single drill, 1 double drilling head in Y direction (1 + 1 drill chuck D10 mm) - Speed 3350 rpm - 1 integrated sawing unit in X (max. diameter 100 mm) - Saw blade speed 4300 rpm - Motor power 1.5 kW - Vertical pneumatic travel per spindle 70 mm - Horizontal pneumatic travel of the drilling unit Positioning of the workpiece and drive of the machining unit A CNC-controlled suction cup clamps the workpiece and positions it sequentially under the machining unit during machining. The movement in X and Y axis is carried out on THK guides with transmission on reinforced toothed Movement in Z axis is carried out pneumatically on "ball-bushing" guides with positioning on stop adjustable via the positioning of the working units is carried out via technology and drives with -CONTROL The control was specially developed for use Bsdpfx Asvwbp Ajf Ajln
