Description
For sale is a Gerber automatic fabric loading system (Model 250 LU), designed for seamless integration into industrial fabric spreading and cutting lines.
This unit enables efficient, safe, and controlled handling of heavy fabric rolls, significantly improving workflow and reducing manual labor in high-volume production environments.
The system has been operated as part of a complete and synchronized production line together with a GERBER SY 101 spreading system (unit 21 C) and a Lectra Vector VT-FA-MH-71 CNC cutting system (unit 29 C).
This setup allows a continuous workflow from roll loading to spreading and cutting, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.
The machine has been used in a professional garment factory and was operational prior to factory shutdown.
