Aluminium vessels designed for long term storage of biological samples in straws or cryo-vials. Two ranges are available the GT long time range (∅ neck ≥50 mm) and the GT large capacity range (∅ neck ≥80 mm).
Maximum storage: 16 400 straws or 1200 cryo-vials
Static holding time up to 350 days
Plastic or stainless steel canisters
Anti-float system for straws stored in plastic canisters
Plastic level rod for measuring the liquid nitrogen level
Light weight and resistant
Easy to identify number and color code on the canister in the long time GT range: GT 3, 9, 11, 21 and 35
The security lid is standard on the GT line
Can be closed (except the GT 2) with a security lock on the lid (security lock is not included)
