Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2012, The VEMAG HP30E vacuum filler is one of the most powerful models in the HPE series from the VEMAG brand, manufactured in 2012, designed for efficient filling and portioning of meat mixtures in large food processing plants. With a capacity of up to 8,700 kg/h, portioning from 5 g to 99,999 g, and a speed of over 600 portions per minute, the machine performs well in large-scale production of sausages, salami, and cold cuts. How does the VEMAG HP30E vacuum filler work? Raw material goes into the 350-liter hopper, from where it is fed into the filling system operating under vacuum. The vacuum system with a capacity of 40 m³/h removes air from the mass, so the product is compact, uniform in structure, and stable in color. Two separate VEMAG Duo-Drive drives — one for the conveying elements and one for the feed — allow continuous processing of even cold and firm masses, and the controls allow the portion size to be set precisely in the range from 5 g to 99,999 g. The machine works with clippers, linkers, forming machines, and hanging machines in complete production lines. Key advantages of the VEMAG HP30E vacuum filler Very high capacity of up to 8,700 kg/h and a portioning speed of over 600 portions/min allow continuous work with large batches of raw material. The wide portion weight range — from 5 g to 99,999 g — provides great flexibility, since both small portions and large products can be produced on a single machine. A one-piece hopper with optimized feed unit seals ensures reliable sealing and full emptying, which limits raw material losses. The electronics are protected by the VEMAG “box-in-box” system, and vacuum operation improves the quality, color, and shelf life of finished products. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2012, The FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine is an automatic forming machine from the FORMAX brand (Provisur Technologies), designed for producing burgers, patties, and other formed products from meat, poultry, and non-meat ingredients. The set consists of the forming machine and a conveyor that receives the finished products, and includes a wide selection of round and oval molds from 45 to 200 g as well as spare parts. How does the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine work? Gedpez Rw Shsfx Ap Dobu Raw material goes into the hopper, from where a feed screw carries it to the forming system. A high-speed mold plate fills the molds with the mass and gives the products the set shape and weight, and a pneumatic knock-out system places the finished portions on the conveyor. Changing the product range means swapping the mold, which allows quick changeovers between round and oval burgers of different diameters and weights. The machine is operated from a simple pushbutton panel. Key advantages of the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine The compact construction and quick mold changes make the forming machine well suited to plants that produce different products in short runs. High repeatability of burger weight and shape results in uniform quality and easier portioning and packing. The set with a conveyor receiving the finished products allows the forming machine to be connected straight to subsequent stages of the line, such as breading, freezing, or packaging. Condition: used, The Braibanti/Pavan extruder is designed for the continuous production of short-cut pasta, breakfast cereals, and pet food. The prepared dough is conveyed through a temperature- and moisture-controlled screw extruder toward the die, which ultimately defines the shape of the product. Extrusion takes place under controlled pressure and temperature to ensure consistency and structural integrity. At the end of the extruder, a motorized, speed-controlled rotating knife cuts the extruded product to the desired length. Prior to extrusion, the dough undergoes a structured preparation process. It begins with a two-step mixing system that combines dry and wet ingredients into a homogeneous mass. This system uses a single mixing arm with directionally adjustable paddles to ensure proper pre-conditioning and hydration. The final stage of preparation takes place in a high-performance mixer/kneader unit, which further develops the dough structure to achieve optimal plasticity, consistency, and elasticity-critical parameters for stable and high-quality extrusion performance.
