WPC/PVC Profile Extrusion Line

Cincinnati T80

Selling due to a closure our WPC/PVC profile extrusion line consisting of:
1) Main extruder: manufactured by Cincinnati-Battenfeld in 2011, model Fiberex T80, twin-screw, conical, counter-rotating, screw diam 80mm, motor 78 kW (DC), screws and barrel TC coated. The Extruder is designed for WPC profile production but could be re-set for other product and/or type of plastic. Low running hrs.
2) Co-extruder: manufactured by Liansu in 2011, model LSE-38, twin-screw, conical, counter-rotating, screw diam 38mm, motor 11 kW (AC), screws and barrel TC coated, horizontal dosing feeder, double degassing filter, has own control cabinet, able to run synchronic with main extruder or stand-alone.
3) Calibration table: manufactured by Liansu in 2011, model LSFZ-150, calibration length 6m, SS water bath, water joints 48, vacuum joints 36, adjustments up/dwn, left/right, body dimensions 6000×1100×1200mm
4) Haul-off unit: manufactured by Liansu in 2011, model FQG-150, double caterpillar track driven by 2x 2.2 kW AC motors, hauling size 200mm (W) x 2450mm (L), speed range 0.34～6.75m/min adjusted by Danfoss inverter. Machine combined with cutting saw (diam 500mm) unit, cutting height 100mm, precision cutting length adjustment by controller.

5) Stacker: YOM 2011, pneumatic discharge, length 6m.

The line is in good working condition, could be demonstrated on-site by appointment. Optional equipment: vertical Kramer-feeder for pulp materials (made by Cincinnati), Movacolor doser, pneumatic material auger, replacing the co-extruder by Cincinnati K38, etc.etc.
