Wear Protection & Build
Blasting chamber lined with XAR500 wear plates (5 mm) and manganese steel X120Mn12 in formed/high-wear zones; replaceable rubber in impact areas. Wheel internals (blades, cages, liners) made from tool steel 1.2379 / X153CrMoV12 (~62 HRC). Heavy welded turbine block housing. Service platform with safety gate and Total Stop.
Abrasive Circuit
Designed for steel shot S330 (initial charge about 1.5 t). Elevator → air separator → shared hopper loop; magnetic/air cleaning maintains media quality. Servo dosing to each wheel ensures uniform intensity and reduced consumption.
Extraction & Filtration
CIPRES CARM dust collector, 7.5 kW fan, automatic back-draft flap; ducting includes automatic valve for cabin purge at cycle end.
Handling System
Powered monorail with adjustable speeds; servo-driven hook rotation and lift; pneumatic diverter switch; two 1.1 kW hoists. Timed sequence allows loading the next batch while blasting.

Forgings, castings, welded structures and general steel fabrications—surface preparation before painting, galvanizing or coating with high throughput and repeatable Sa 2½–3 results.
