LISEC VL-1N/25 automatic thermal insulating glass sealing robot – 2500 x 3500 mm.
Automatic edge sealing machine designed for applying secondary sealant to thermal insulating glass units. The machine consists of an infeed and an outfeed section, as well as a discharge station. A separate measuring unit located in front of the machine measures the thickness of the glass panes, the air gap between them, and the total thickness of the thermal insulating glass unit.
The top edge of the thermal insulating glass unit is guided by a horizontal roller beam. This allows the glass units to pass at a defined distance in front of the back panel in the sealing sections. They are transported using a patented, wear-resistant conveyor chain, which supports the lower edge of the unit only minimally, leaving the sealing groove free for the application of the sealant.
A linear-guided vacuum suction system integrated into the back panel ensures that the thermal insulating glass units are transported without slipping.
