An additional control cabinet with switches and push-buttons allows for single or simultaneous clamping and supports both manual and automatic welding operations. After welding, the clamping jaws lift, and the carriages return to their initial positions. The welding parameters are set using a controller mounted on the side of the device. The welding voltage is regulated by thyristors, and the power transformer is fully encapsulated and water-cooled, connected to the contact jaws via laminated conductors. Inside the device, a power board with a thyristor and a main control board ensure smooth operation. On the device cover, a compressed air maintenance unit with a pressure regulator is installed to adjust the clamping force. The main switch to activate the unit is located on the controller for setting the welding parameters.
