Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, Weima Briquetting Press TH 714 The TH 714 machines are designed for operations with required throughput capacities of up to 150 kg/h. The robust press housing enables the production of high-strength briquettes from materials such as wood, polystyrene, foams, light metals, paper, or biomass. Numerous additional options are possible, e.g., oil cooling for use in continuous operation. All machines are available in left-hand or right-hand versions. Mounting on a stable base frame ensures quick installation and enables mobile use. User-friendly operation thanks to Siemens PLC control Gbjdsil Hggopfx Ap Dju To fulfill our promise of performance, we design and manufacture all control cabinets ourselves at our Ilsfeld location and equip them with well-known international components. This guarantees the highest quality in a compact design. The Siemens PLC control used is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the briquetting process. Foreign object-resistant conveying screw thanks to cardan suspension The conveying screw, which transports the material into the pre-compactor of the briquetting press, is suspended on a cardan joint. This prevents foreign objects from causing damage to the conveying screw. As is often the case, however, the specific application determines which suspension is chosen. For metal applications, we often recommend rigidly mounted screws. Condition: like new (used), The MSP 120 ZK is ideally suited for crushing and subsequent briquetting of various types of metal chips. The MSP 120 ZK briquetting press with integrated shredder is composed of a hydraulic chip press paired with an upstream shredder, both perfectly matched to each other. This system enables the crushing and compaction of chips generated during turning and milling operations. The volume is significantly reduced, and the briquettes are separated from the coolant lubricants (emulsion, oil) absorbed during earlier machining processes. The system consists of a feed hopper for loading the material to be processed and a shredder inside the hopper, which reduces chip length. A conveyor system moves the shredded chips continuously and stepwise via a conveyor belt into the chip press hopper. There, two augers feed the material into the compaction chamber. The system is equipped with a monitored liquid collection tank and pump, allowing coolants to be returned to the production process. Cycle control is managed by a PLC and an electronic level sensor for the monitoring of the hopper fill level. Optionally, a tipping device can be added for manual loading of the unit.
