The technology makes it possible to construct large-span steel buildings without a conventional internal steel frame.
Steel coil is formed into a structural profile, cut to the required length and then curved to the required building radius. Several curved panels are connected together using a special seaming machine to form a strong, continuous and self-supporting arch structure.

Mobile Production Directly at the Construction Site
One of the main advantages of this technology is the possibility of producing the complete structural panels directly at the construction site.
The main forming and curving equipment is installed on a mobile trailer chassis.
The machine can therefore be transported to the building site, where steel coils are converted into finished structural arch panels.
This is particularly important for long panels that would otherwise be difficult or expensive to transport.
The supplied machine has two axles and eight tyres intended for movement around the construction site.
Production Process
The complete production process consists of several stages:
Steel Coil → Decoiling → Straight Profile Forming → Cutting to Length → Curving → Panel Seaming → Lifting → Installation
The supplied technical manual describes the machine as a combination of a roll forming section and an arch bending section, with electrically driven forming and bending and hydraulic cutting.
