AUTOMATIC PRE-WASHING SYSTEM
The automatic PRE-washing system allows a quicker product change or an easier maintenance of the machine.
The cycle consists of the following phases:
1) Through a three-way valve the feeding pump sends the remaining product to an external container till the tank is completely empty.
2) Through hydric plant (at customer’s charge) the product tank is filled with water.
3) Turbines are activated while the previous three-way valve goes back to working position so that the feed pump can send in circulation the clean water for a defined time necessary for the washing.
4) The three-way valve goes back to discharge position and the tank is emptied by the washing water.
