Thanks to the 4 interpolated axes and the pivoting spindle, profiles can be machined from different angles without having to manually realign the workpiece for each machining side.
The 6 automatic profile clamps ensure secure and stable workpiece clamping. In conjunction with camQuix, clamping positions are already taken into account during programming and included in the collision detection.
The ACROLOC SBZ 200 is particularly suitable for window and facade construction, doors and portal systems, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, and for general industrial aluminum profile machining.
