It can be delivered with optional cement screw conveyors, upper-lower level indicators, air fluidization nozzles, and manual discharge valves. Bolted silos are manufactured with high precision using laser cutting and drilling technology.
Static and mechanical calculations are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software, ensuring deformation-free operation even under a 100-ton load. To increase corrosion resistance, one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of epoxy paint are applied to the silo surface.
