This process is monitored by an intelligent and innovative PLC control system. In the event of overload or the presence of foreign objects in the cutting unit, the control system reverses the direction of rotation. The precise cutting gap between the discs enables energy-efficient shredding of the material. The attached scraper comb prevents material from wrapping around or being pulled up into the cutters. The width of the cutters and the number of cutting edges determine the output particle size. Possible applications: Thanks to its robust construction and design for long service life, this machine can shred, economically, not only special waste, metal chips, electronic scrap, and steel drums, but also all kinds of containers filled with liquids. All types of industrial waste, metal and plastic containers Godpfoyw N Acox Ag Sjuh Production waste, file folders, paper, cardboard Electronic scrap, electric cables, metal shavings Food, kitchen waste, biogenic waste, wood Glass, plastics, various containers filled with liquids, etc.

The innovative machine concept is based on over 60 years of experience in the development and manufacture of thread, profile, and gear rolling machines in Bad Düben. The machine’s base frame is a ribbed, torsionally rigid machine bed made of cast iron, which minimizes vibrations. In particular, the use of state-of-the-art proportional valve technology in conjunction with the PROFIROLL CNC control enables optimal process control of the rolling process. The control system, in combination with the backlash-free roller guide system, guarantees the highest precision and repeatability in the positioning of the rolling slide and, thus, of the tool. Year of construction: 2025, condition: new, functionality: fully functional, The universal laser marking system LAS 28 XLe from Systemtechnik Hölzer GmbH can be used for a very wide range of marking applications. With the integrated fiber laser you can mark almost all materials such as steel, carbide, aluminum and plastics. Depending on the requirements, the system can be equipped with a 20, 30 or 50 watt fiber laser. For permanent marking, the use of the laser is necessary in many industries. With the powerful laser software, texts, numbers, 2D codes, QR codes and logos can be realized with just a few clicks without extensive programming knowledge. Serial and article numbers are automatically incremented by the software after prior setting. In addition, the software can read data (variable information such as drawing numbers, project designations, etc.) from existing tables and automatically transfer them to predefined areas. The use of a hand scanner is also possible. The standard equipment includes an integrated PC with Windows operating system and laser software. Optionally, the laser model LAS 28 XLe can be equipped with a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical parts. Further options, such as lateral extension arms for marking long parts, movable Z-axis, drawer systems, etc., can be realized. Manufacturer: BACH Maschinenfabrik GmbH Type: ThermoCut 2000 Year of construction: 2010 For sale is a used CNC plasma cutting system BACH ThermoCut 2000, including pipe cutting device, plasma source, dust extraction system, and complete piping. The system was used in our machine manufacturing company until recently and is suitable for cutting sheet metal as well as processing pipes. Technical data: Working area: 4,000 x 2,000 mm Plasma source: Thermal Dynamics Ultra-Cut 100 CNC control: myBach Pipe cutting device included Pipe diameter: min. 50 mm max. 320 mm Max. cutting thickness: Mild steel: up to 12 mm Stainless steel: up to 10 mm TEKA filter and dust extraction system included Complete dust extraction piping system included CE marking available Maintenance and condition The system was regularly maintained during its entire service life. Official maintenance by the manufacturer was last performed on August 20, 2013. After that, ongoing maintenance was carried out in-house. Filters of the TEKA dust extraction system were renewed approximately 6 months ago. Cutting torch head was renewed approximately 4 years ago. Cooling water filter is changed regularly, approximately once a year. The operating hour counter of the dust extraction system currently shows approximately 7,700 hours. Since the system was operated exclusively with the dust extraction system running, this value can be used as a good indication of the total operating time of the system. Known defect The system is currently not operational. After consultation with Voortman and Mr. Sobiech from Magma Industries, the cause is likely to be in the cooling circuit of the plasma source. According to the experts, the most likely causes of the fault are: Defective cooling water pump Defective flow sensor Leakage on the suction side of the cooling water system A final fault diagnosis has not yet been carried out. Spare parts for the installed Thermal-Dynamics plasma source are now only available to a limited extent. The machine is therefore explicitly sold as a system requiring repair or for refurbishment.
