The complete saw shaft unit is dynamically balanced, double-guided swivel segments made of grey cast iron with double column guide for height adjustment and the long circular saw shaft with 2 ball bearings ensure absolutely smooth running.
The double roller carriage with ball bearings is smooth-running and maintenance-free.
Precise and backlash-free running over the full length, guided by hardened and ground round steel guides with remote locking in a 50 mm grid.
Sturdy yet lightweight cross slide made of steel profiles with a support roller on the outer narrow side, cross slide widening on the wide side Length stop on the cross slide with mm scale and telescopic extension extendable up to 3500 mm; with 2 robust and backlash-free
sliding stop flaps, 1 end stop with support for long strips; length stop can be used as an angle mitre fence on both sides, infinitely variable from 0° to 46° with mechanical length compensation; all common mitre angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) can be quickly set using a fixing system.
