The OPS INGERSOLL wire erosion machine GANTRY 1200 HSJ / 64 bit, manufactured in 2006, has undergone a comprehensive and professional general overhaul in our facility and is in very good condition, both technically and visually.
During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by over 70%. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected.
The following overhaul work was carried out on the aforementioned machine:
Replacement of ball screw and ball bearings of the X, Y and Z axes.

Inspection and testing of the C-axis for tightness and accuracy.

Complete repainting of the machine.
Overhaul of the dielectric pumps.
Replacement of all hydraulic and dielectric lines.
