✅The Multi-Treat spray pretreatment machine is used for the surface treatment of materials to be painted. It allows processing with up to 8 different chemicals and a variable number of tanks, depending on the application. All tanks are made of 316 stainless steel and are insulated. The number of tanks and heated tanks is defined based on your process steps.
✅Heating in the tanks is provided by gas heat exchangers. All process cycles, times, and temperatures can be monitored and adjusted via the PLC touchscreen.
✅Any system errors are displayed on the control panel. Automatic float sensors are installed in the tanks – if the tanks have insufficient water or chemicals, the system stops automatically. Fluid levels are managed automatically by transferring between tanks, ensuring operational safety.
✅There is a drain pan beneath all tanks made of 316 stainless steel. The tanks themselves are produced from 2 mm thick 316 stainless steel. Materials undergo penetration testing and are sealed with argon welding. In-tank grates protect pumps from debris.
The inside of the cabin is made from 304 stainless steel sandwich panels and the exterior is powder-coated sheet metal.
✅The panel thickness is 80 mm, constructed from polyurethane-filled stainless steel panels. PPT ring pipes and nozzles ensure a long service life.
