Machining units
The machine is equipped with two machining units. The left unit, which is fixed, and the right unit - a sliding unit. Each machining unit consists of the following sub-assemblies - units: a main saw, an undercutting unit, a drilling unit that drills into the jammed plane, and a drilling unit that drills into the bottom of the workpiece.
Bottom hole drilling unit
The described aggregate is installed as an option. It is used in the processing of corner ties for doorframes with adjustable width. It makes a blind bore , for the can connector. The picture shows the mounted red cover which is at the same time the base for the machined angle strips and the cover with chip extractor.
Workpiece pressure
The machine tool is also equipped with a clamping system operating in two planes. The clamping area includes horizontal and vertical clamps. The horizontal clamps are responsible for pressing against the vertical bases and straightening the workpiece. Vertical ones, on the other hand, are responsible for immobilizing the workpiece during machining. The horizontal pressure always precedes the vertical pressure.
Control
The machine's control is clear, easy to use and functional. It allows switching on or off all aggregates separately, additionally with division into left and right sides. All aggregates have independent drive. The right-hand processing unit is set by pressing the control buttons on the control panel. The executive mechanism is a gearbox with an electric motor driving a trapezoidal screw. An electronic control system US with an operator panel and digital display is used to read and set the length of the workpiece. This system is also responsible for automatic corrections to the counter readings when the cutting angles change by 45° and 90°. In addition, it is responsible for automatic basing.
