For sale is a like-new MHG rotary table blasting system – an injector sandblasting system, type SMG 260 DTTA, for blasting components on a rotary table.
The system was manufactured in 2022 and has only approximately 400 operating hours. Blasting was carried out exclusively with glass beads, resulting in minimal wear and tear, leaving the system in almost new condition.
The blasting system has 3 blasting stations with a total of 8 automatic blasting nozzles. The injector blasting nozzles are flexibly lockable and adjustable, allowing them to be precisely aligned with different components (max. component height 350 mm).
Loading is done via 2 airlocks with an automatic compressed air blow-off device. A side viewing window with an impact protection flap, 2 side doors, a safety light curtain, and a release mechanism ensure control and safety.
