The furnace inner casing is made of aluminized steel sheet. Insulation between the two furnace housings (inner/outer housing) is provided by 120 mm rock wool. Floor: Same as the furnace walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation. Height (from factory floor to I. drawer): 800 mm +/100 mm adjustable by the furnace feet. The drawers are smooth and equipped with a locking piece at the bottom of the drawer to reduce heat loss when opening. Each drawer has a useful load capacity of 120 Kg with load distribution over the entire surface. Load peaks up to 240 Kg can be supported. The drawer seals are made of silicone. The locks of each drawer are ensured by electromagnets and controlled by the Siemens system. Timing of the minimum preheating time with a timer per drawer (located in the electrical cabinet).
