Description

Plastics industry machine, produces a binding material for agriculture, called bale binding twine. The semi-finished basic fibers made on fiber manufacturing extruders are twisted to the desired extent (rows/meter) and wound in the desired packaging (6-12 inches/roll height). The machine is driven (twisting the fibers) by a 30 kW DC motor, the fibers are wound by a hydraulic pump-hydraulic motor pair. The machine operates automatically, the machine stops when the desired roll length is wound. The rolls are replaced manually.
