The tiller can be operated with both hands and also has an auger mode. The design of the pallet truck is both robust and easy to maintain; impact-prone areas are fitted with plastic that gives way. The emergency stop switch is located in a central position and is therefore easy to reach at all times. The big advantage is that it fits through a standard door with its retracted mast height of just 1770 mm (2500 mm version). The pallet trucks have tandem load rollers as standard, which overcome uneven surfaces such as paving stones with little noise and vibration.
