Description

Vertical packaging machine including dosing system(s) with 4 manufacturing lanes to produce "stick-packs" with back center sealing (alternativ: with 3-/4-side seal - surcharge applies) to pack powder (pepper, milkpowder, etc.) - OMRON PLC and colour touchscreen, auto diagnostics. AIRTAC pneumatic parts, OMRON temperatur PID, SCHNEIDER and OMRON electronic parts. Film pulling, AB converter control, stainless steel version (SS304), auger filler with servo motor, with hopper. - Specifications: accuracy: +/-0,3-1%; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 4x60 cycles/minute; accuracy: +/-10%; suitable for all BOPP/PE and laminated films; bag sizes: L(50-350)xW(10-100)mm; power: 220V, 3.5kW; compressed air: 1.5m³/min, 6bar; machine dimensions: L1500xW1300xH1900mm; weight: 450kg.
