Rotary Autoclave BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW 5 Baskets – Industrial Sterilization

BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW rotary autoclave with a capacity of 5 baskets, designed for the sterilization, pasteurization, and heat treatment of packaged food products through industrial batch processes.

The equipment incorporates a load rotation system during the thermal cycle, allowing the packages to be kept in controlled motion throughout the process. This technology is particularly interesting for products where heat transfer can benefit from agitation, promoting homogeneous heat treatment and, depending on the product and format, optimizing process times.

Its 5-basket configuration provides a high capacity for industrial production facilities.

PROCESS

The 5-basket BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW rotary autoclave is designed to perform controlled heat treatments on previously packaged products.

The baskets are placed into the chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is executed through the heating, thermal holding, and cooling phases.

During the treatment, the system allows for controlled rotation of the load, generating product movement within the package when its characteristics allow. This can favor heat transfer and achieve a more uniform thermal distribution.

It can be integrated with:

-Basket loading and unloading systems
-Basket conveyors
Rjdpszbt Szsfx Airjch
-Automatic loaders and unloaders
-Transfer systems
-Process water preparation equipment
-Automatic sterilization lines

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for canning industries, manufacturers of ready-made meals, sauces, vegetable products, meat products, pet food, and other food industries that require industrial sterilization or pasteurization processes.

Depending on the configuration and process, it can be used with cans, jars, and other packaging compatible with heat treatment and rotation in the autoclave.

The combination of BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW technology, rotary system, and 5-basket capacity provides a particularly interesting solution for industrial sterilization facilities with high capacity.
