Description
Products are placed on the infeed shaker (approx. 1200 mm high), where they are separated and desticked. They are then transported into the freezer via a blue plastic conveyor belt. The belt is approximately 7400 mm long and 1190 mm wide, featuring a lowering mechanism that redistributes products and removes ice. The discharge height is 912 mm. The optional Innotec Systems glazing belt can apply a protective ice coating.
The MX62 is equipped with two NH3 evaporators and six centrifugal fans, each driven by an ABB M2AA160MA-2 motor (50 Hz, 13.2 kW, 2897 rpm).
