For sale is a high-quality, fully automatic filling, closing, and labeling machine from the German manufacturer Groninger GmbH & Co. KG.

Type: MFCS 201 RH, machine no. 13902, year of manufacture 2021. The machine was installed and put into operation at our location in Solingen in 2022.

The machine has been used very little and is in almost new condition. In total, only approximately 300,000 containers have been filled with it. For the majority of the time, the system was idle and not used in continuous or multi-shift operation. Individual components, in particular the integrated labeling system, were not used at all in our production facility.

Integrated is a fully automatic all-round labeling station with a servo-motorized CAB labeling system. In addition, a Markem thermal transfer printer is integrated for variable markings such as batch and date, as well as a check for "print present."

The system also features recipe management, user management, diagnostics and service functions, a piece counter, alarm/event displays, and remote maintenance capabilities via a VPN router.
