How does the Inject Star P60 separator work? In a special feeding device, the bones are fed into the pressing chamber and pre-compacted. Then, a linear hydraulic system separates the advanced meat from the bones and pushes it through a perforated filter (standard 8 mm). This results in high-quality meat mass while maintaining low calcium content and minimal temperature increase during the process, which has a positive effect on the quality and functionality of the final product.
