For sale is a fully automatic carton erector, Knecht AS-500, manufactured in 2013, with two carton magazines and a hot-melt bottom sealing system. The system is sold complete, including the control unit.

The system was used in a packaging line for car rims. It removes the carton blanks from the magazines using vacuum suction cups, erects them, and seals the bottom with four hot-melt beads per inner flap. If one magazine is empty, the system automatically switches to the second magazine.
