Description
The EFD machine we are offering has a capacity of 2000 mm, but once the MF and HF adaptation boxes are installed, this travel is limited to approximately 1700 mm. It is equipped with a Siemens 840 D CNC (replaced 3 months ago), with 3 digitized axes: Z, Y (200 mm), and C, a double spindle with dual tailstock controlled separately, 1 MF adaptation box, and 1 HF adaptation box.
The machine height is 4400 mm. The maximum workpiece weight on the main spindle is 600 kg. The maximum weight per piece on the double spindle is 50 kg.
The converter is transistor-type, with a power output of 300 kW and equipped with three frequency ranges: 100 kHz at 200 kW, 3 kHz and 10 kHz at 300 kW.
Parameter monitoring is integrated into the Siemens 840 D CNC. It will control: voltage, current, power, MF or HF frequency, quench flow rate by analog flowmeter, quench water temperature via PT 100 probe, with a color printer included.
