The key component of the KS 50 edge beveling machine is our SE 50 cutting unit. The machine is designed with angle adjustment from 0° to 60°. The depth of cut is adjustable from 2 mm to 22 mm. The guide plate for carpet samples can be easily adjusted steplessly from 20 mm to 210 mm. Quick and easy adjustments can be made by releasing the locking lever. The conveyor belt is driven by a three-phase motor.

Thermoforming Packaging Process
The bottom film is unwound from the roll.
The bottom film is heated and formed in the forming station.
The formed trays are transported forward.
Products are loaded into the trays in the loading area.
The top film is unwound from the roll.
The filled packages are sealed (vacuum, MAP, or SKIN packaging).
The packages are cross-cut.
The packages are longitudinally cut.

How Vacuum Skin Packaging (SKIN) Works
In vacuum skin packaging, the product is placed on a plastic tray. A specially developed skin film is heated and tightly vacuum-sealed around the product, creating a "second skin."
