Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK BS370H Semi-Automatic Metal Band Saw The CORMAK BS370H is a robust semi-automatic band saw designed for precise cutting of tubes, profiles, and solid materials. The latest version is equipped with an upper clamping system for bundle cutting and variable blade speed control via an inverter, adjustable from 20 to 90 m/min. These enhancements increase the machine’s versatility and make it easier to adapt cutting parameters to different types of materials. The upper clamp stabilizes stacked workpieces and minimizes movement during cutting. This allows for more efficient cutting of bundles of profiles, tubes, and other repetitive components. Key Advantages Upper material clamp – stable and efficient bundle cutting. Variable blade speed (20–90 m/min) – speed adjustment via frequency inverter. Semi-automatic operation – hydraulic material clamping, saw head lowering, and automatic return. Mitre cutting from -45° to +60° – wide range of cutting applications. Hydraulically operated vise – fast and repeatable workpiece clamping. Infinitely adjustable downfeed rate – greater control over the cutting process. Hsdpfx Akjycqhcjronu Blade guides with carbide inserts and bearings – precise blade tracking and improved cutting accuracy. Closed-loop coolant system – cools the cutting zone and dissipates heat effectively. Blade tension indicator – convenient monitoring of correct blade tension. Automatic shut-off in the event of blade breakage – enhanced machine protection and safety. Efficient Bundle Cutting The integrated upper clamp allows multiple workpieces to be securely held in place when stacked on top of each other. This is particularly beneficial for serial cutting of profiles, tubes, and other materials with repetitive dimensions. The material is secured both by the hydraulic vise and the upper clamp, reducing movement and lifting of individual pieces within the bundle as the blade passes through the material. Variable Blade Speed Control The blade speed can be continuously adjusted between 20 and 90 m/min. The inverter enables precise adaptation of cutting parameters according to the material type, cross-section, and specific cutting requirements. Semi-Automatic Operating Cycle Once the material is positioned and the cutting cycle is started, the machine automatically performs the following operations: The hydraulic vise clamps the workpiece. The saw head lowers at the preset feed rate. The blade performs the cut. A limit switch detects completion of the cutting cycle. The saw head is hydraulically raised back to its starting position. The swiveling saw head enables cutting angles ranging from -45° to +60°. The material remains stationary while the operator adjusts the required cutting angle by rotating the saw head. Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, Metal Cutting Band Saw CORMAK S-200RH Hodoi D D A Sopfx Akrenu The CORMAK S-200RH metal cutting band saw is a modern semi-automatic band saw designed for intensive operation in the metalworking industry. It enables cutting at angles from -45° to +60°, providing high precision, repeatability, and efficiency even when processing heavy sections. The machine combines precise blade guidance with automation of key functions, including hydraulic arm lifting/lowering and hydraulic vice control. Main advantages of the machine Hydraulic arm movement control (up/down) with smooth adjustment of lowering speed. Arm position memory function – automatic return to a predefined height. Swivelling saw arm from -45° to +60° with a clear angle scale. Hydraulic quick-clamping vice – suitable for cutting profiles and solid materials. Heavy cast iron saw arm – ensures rigidity and operational stability. Efficient coolant pump with closed-loop cooling system. CE safety system – including limit switches and emergency stop button. Construction and technology The band saw is built on a stable steel base with an integrated hydraulic unit and coolant tank. The saw arm is made from a single-piece cast iron construction, providing high resistance to vibration and twisting, which directly improves cutting quality. The blade guides are equipped with carbide inserts and roller bearings, ensuring accurate alignment and straight cutting of processed materials. A high-performance ABB M3V series motor and worm gear transmission provide two cutting speeds for optimal adaptation to different materials. Precision and work efficiency The machine enables fast and repeatable cutting of pipes, profiles, and solid materials, including very small sections starting from Ø5 mm. Automation of the cutting process (arm movement and hydraulic vice operation) significantly reduces operating time and minimizes operator involvement. The integrated blade cleaning brush maintains proper working conditions and extends blade service life. Applications The CORMAK S-200RH model is designed for: production workshops, steel construction plants, machine manufacturing industries, maintenance departments. It is particularly suitable as a band saw for pipes and profiles in serial production and applications requiring high cutting accuracy and repeatability. Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, The CORMAK HBS275 band saw for cutting tubes, profiles and bars is widely used in all locksmith and metalworking workshops where precision, quality and cutting speed matter. The model is equipped with a 0-60° swivel arm; the saw guides are based on sintered carbide. The frame construction ensures accurate and quiet operation. Machine characteristics The horizontal metal band saw with swivel arm enables cutting in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the material being cut and at any angle within the range from 0 to 60°. The material to be cut can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the tool feed is automatic. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This has a major impact on blade guidance, service life, straightness, accuracy and cutting quality. Carbide guidance greatly reduces wear of the machine and blade. The machine is equipped with an efficient coolant pump with a closed coolant circuit. The saw arm is made of a single cast-iron casting and, together with the 27 mm wide cutting blade used in this saw, fully enables multi-series cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vice is located in an adjustable bed and is equipped with a quick clamp. The blade guides are equipped with hard metal plates – sintered carbide and a rolling bearing system. It is precisely the SINTERED CARBIDE GUIDES that are responsible for the precision and straightness of the cut. The arm has been inclined at an angle of 25°, which increases blade durability and improves cutting conditions. A cleaning brush is mounted at the bottom of the arm to achieve excellent cleanliness and blade operation. The machine drive is transmitted via a worm gearbox. The machine has a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and motor thermal protection. The shape of the upper part of the base forms a tray for draining coolant and collecting chips generated during material cutting. A cast-iron work table with a swivel arm and a control panel on a separate arm is mounted to the base. In the cutting process, the main cutting movement is the movement of the cutting blade, while the feed is the lowering of the arm. The arm lowering speed (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder. The feed speed is adjusted on the saw control panel. Two cutting blade speeds are available: 37.5 and 75m/min. In the lower position of the arm (after cutting the material), the cutting blade drive is switched off automatically. Safety is ensured by cutting blade guards and micro-switches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle is completed or when any guard is opened; additional protection consists of automatic shutdown of the saw in the event of cutting blade breakage. The machine drive is transmitted by a motor with a worm gearbox. The motor with thermal fuse protects against overheating during operation.
