I have a new 800mm diameter vibrating screen for sale. The screen has two levels for classifying material. Mesh size is negotiable. Changing the screen size using screws is quick and easy. The motor mounted in the screen has a 0.7kW output and 1460rpm, and it vibrates and oscillates around the circumference.
The screen is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The entire screen structure and welds are solidly constructed. The last photo shows the operation of the vibrating motor, showing how the material spreads across the screen.
The screen can screen both dry and wet material. It is possible to add a third filter layer. I provide access to all consumables after purchasing the screen, such as seals and clamps. I also have empty frames on which additional screens can be stretched.
