The line is constructed from a wet wipe production unit, a flow wrap unit and a unit for applying the reclosable lid. Wet wipes production process: Unwinding of the nonwoven from 2 jumbo rolls and slitting into 5 lanes per roll (until moistening) for a fast production method, longitudinal folding in Z or C-shape, moistening via several spraying nozzles, cross cutting (wipes length), stacking and forwarding to the packaging unit.
