The bolted version, when produced in two sets, can be transported with just one 40 ft OT container or truck, minimizing logistics costs.
The CS-100 is designed with ease of use and safety in mind. The silo features a cement filling pipe, internal and external manholes, a maintenance platform, safety guards, a pressure relief valve, and special roof flanges for the air filter. It is also equipped with a conical flange system for butterfly valve connection.
It can be delivered with optional cement screw conveyors, upper-lower level indicators, air fluidization nozzles, and manual discharge valves. Bolted silos are manufactured with high precision using laser cutting and drilling technology.
Static and mechanical calculations are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software, ensuring deformation-free operation even under a 100-ton load. To increase corrosion resistance, one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of epoxy paint are applied to the silo surface.
