The TruPrint 5000—a high-productivity, semi-automated 3D printing system—prepares you for industrial serial production. With features such as optional 500°C preheating and a full-field multilaser configuration utilizing three 500-watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are ideally equipped for highly demanding industrial applications. The machine manufactures high-quality components from various metallic materials quickly and reliably, meeting the rigorous quality standards of tool and mold making—including via 3D printing onto preform blanks—as well as those of the aerospace and medical technology sectors. Optionally, the entire process chain—sieving, printing, cooling, and depowdering—can take place in a protective gas atmosphere. Combined with TRUMPF’s external part and powder management systems and monitoring solutions, it is ideally suited for industrial additive serial production.
Thanks to the preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. In this process, the additive component structures are built directly onto a blank. This innovative option is particularly well-suited for easy handling in tool and mold making.
