The extruder is of twin-screw design and has achieved production capacities of up to 150 kg/h, depending on recipe and configuration. Product shaping is highly flexible and can be adapted to a variety of product formats; it is suitable for dental sticks, hearts, bones, sticks, strips, and other geometries depending on the die/forming set and cutter configuration.
