Process sequence:
Transport via inclined conveyor to the vibrating table for singulation of the fruits. Then to the BEST Laser System LS 9000, which detects foreign objects and ejects them using approximately 80 air nozzles.
The laser can be reprogrammed by running so-called good products (i.e., defect-free goods) through the machine. By analyzing a point cloud of the surface structure, the laser learns what constitutes good or bad products.
Afterwards, the product passes over a conveyor belt with a metal detector and visual inspection. Then again via an inclined conveyor for weighing and filling into tubular bags, with a maximum bag weight of 30 kg.
