The principle:
The linear axis portal enables precise guidance of the ultrasonic cutter with low space requirements and simple kinematics.
The Siemens CNC 840 D control system allows the cutting device to be programmed like a machine tool.
Tool corrections or path changes can be easily carried out directly on the machine.
As standard, the machine is equipped with a 20 kHz ultrasonic cutting unit.
