This model is equipped with a maintenance platform between the legs, a cement filling pipe, internal and external manholes, safety railings, a pressure relief valve, and roof flanges for the air filter. It also offers maximum safety and ease of use with a conical flange for the butterfly valve and a cover system that provides access to the internal manhole.
All parts, manufactured using laser cutting and drilling technology, are designed for easy on-site assembly. Static and mechanical analyses performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software guarantee that the silo can store 200 tons of cement or similar material without deformation.
Thanks to a total paint thickness of 140 microns applied during the production stage, consisting of one coat of anticorrosive and two coats of epoxy coating, the silo's resistance to external factors is maximized.
