Hsdpfoz Eimfsx Aaheu Key data (according to manufacturer's specifications ENGEL) • Clamping force 1,200 kN (120 t), tie-barless clamping unit • Platen dimensions 790 × 790 mm (Wide Platen), minimum tool size 350 × 350 mm • Tool installation height min. 400 mm, opening stroke 506 mm, max. platen distance 900 mm • Ejector 130 mm stroke, 39.8 kN • Injection unit 1 (330H, horizontal): screw Ø 40 mm, displacement volume 201 cm³, specific injection pressure 1,221 bar / increased 1,667 bar • Injection unit 2 (80W, angled position): displacement volume 38 cm³ (screw Ø 22 mm) or 49 cm³ (Ø 25 mm) [CHECK 09/25: which screw] • Hydraulics: pump drive 30 kW, oil capacity 300 l • Connection 3 × 400 V, 50 Hz, 139 kW / 220 A • Control system ENGEL CC 200 [CHECK 09/25] • Operating hours 87,300 h (as of 09/2026); plasticizing cylinder Ø 40 mm from 2021 with 20,300 h (according to the previous owner) Your advantages • Tie-barless: The tool space is free from tie bars. Large and bulky tools with core pulls can be accommodated, for which a larger clamping force class would often be required in tie-bar machines. • Short setup times: Tools are installed from the side without tie-bar removal. • Automation: Robots travel horizontally into the tool space – smaller cell, lower hall height, shorter cycles. • Tool-friendly: Platen parallelism via the patented ENGEL Flex-Link system (according to the manufacturer). • Hydraulic connections for core pulls, parallel movements programmable (according to the previous owner) – for tools with sliders, undercuts and thread cores. • Combi version with space for a rotary table or indexing plate (according to the manufacturer). • Main injection unit with a newer plasticizing cylinder (2021). • Second injection unit, according to the previous owner, was not used in operation, therefore minimal wear. [CHECK 09/25: unit available + free injection test] Typical applications 2K hard/soft and two-color: handles with TPE zone, housings with molded-in seal, switches and operating elements, connectors with seal, rollers with soft tread, closures with sealing lip, cable glands, medical components, two-color design parts. Single-component: technical precision parts and parts with inserts. Scope of supply • Injection molding machine as described [CHECK 09/25: with both injection units] • ENGEL data sheet, layout plan, platen drawing Not included in the scope of supply: the peripherals visible in the photos (removal/automation with protective enclosure, temperature control units, material handling and drying, mobile switch cabinet) and tools. Fully automated twin-spindle production cell with FANUC robot, PROMOT Automation, and TOP XF380 bar feeder. Year of manufacture: 2011 For sale is a MORI SEIKI NZ2000 T2 CNC turning machine as a complete, automated production cell with PROMOT Automation, FANUC industrial robot, and TOP Automazioni XF380 bar feeder. This system is particularly notable for its exceptional automation concept, of which there are only two in Europe. The combination of main spindle, counter-spindle, two turrets, bar feeder, and robot automation allows different machining and material flow processes to be automated within a single system. The main spindle is supplied with bar material via the TOP Automazioni XF380 bar feeder. The bar capacity of the machine is 65 mm. Finished parts can be ejected on this side via the existing parts ejector. Simultaneously, the FANUC industrial robot with PROMOT Automation handles the automated workpiece handling on the counter-spindle side. The workpieces are placed on or removed from a rotary table with multiple workpiece holders. This enables highly productive simultaneous machining on the main and counter-spindle. The system thus combines practically two automated machining processes within a single production cell. Equipment / Highlights  MORI SEIKI NZ2000 T2  Year of manufacture 2011  Main and counter-spindle  2 turrets  Simultaneous machining capabilities  Driven tools  TOP Automazioni XF380 bar feeder, year of manufacture 2011  Bar capacity MORI SEIKI NZ2000 T2: 65 mm  Automatic material feed via bar material  Parts ejector on the main spindle side  PROMOT Automation robot cell, year of manufacture 2011 Hsdpjz A S Uysfx Aahju  FANUC industrial robot  Automatic loading and unloading on the counter-spindle side  Rotary table / workpiece storage with multiple workpiece holders  Integrated safety device and protective enclosure  Fully integrated and coordinated production cell Technical data  Max. turning diameter: approx. 320 mm  Max. turning length: approx. 810 mm  Bar capacity MORI SEIKI NZ2000 T2: 65 mm  Spindle bore: approx. 73 mm  Max. spindle speed main and counter-spindle: up to 5,000 rpm  2 tool turrets  Driven tools  C-axis on main and counter-spindle  Design without Y-axis  Simultaneous machining on main and counter-spindle  TOP Automazioni XF380 bar feeder, year of manufacture 03/2011  Bar capacity of the entire system: up to 65 mm round material, limited by the particularity of the system. In contrast to a conventional NZ2000 T2, this is not simply a CNC turning machine with a robot added later. The system was designed as a complete, automated manufacturing cell. Bar machining and robot handling can be combined within the same machine. While one side performs machining of bar material via the main spindle, the counter-spindle side can be automatically loaded and unloaded via the FANUC robot. This concept enables high machine utilization and is particularly suitable for series production and low-manned or automated production operations.
