One leaf is designed as an escape door for safety reasons and has a viewing window. It should also be mentioned that these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all our containers from scratch ourselves. We only use the most stable materials that meet the requirements and have also been tested and proven in terms of safety. Normal shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.
Paint extraction system in the mobile painting container
The paint mist extraction wall for paint mist separation is located in front of the rear wall and is equipped with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, edged with baffle plates including various suspension and fastening elements for the filter equipment. The powerful and EX-protected extraction fan with drive motor is installed on a console in the rear wall area on the outside of the container.
