Description

Przedmiotem sprzedaży jest linia do produkcji laminatów metodą wylewania folii na laminowany materiał. Proces laminacji odbywa się przy pomocy wytłaczarki (wytłaczarek bo są dwie sztuki) wyposażonych w matryce szczelinowe z regulowaną szerokością wypływu, dzięki temu można produkować laminaty w szerokości od 1m do 1,6m. Grubości folii jakie mogą być produkowane to 60 mikronów do 200 mikronów, Maszyna świetnie nadaje się do łączenia różnych materiałów ze sobą, można tworzyć różnego rodzaju wyroby techniczne wg. swoich predyspozycji. Linia zawiera także akumulator materiału wraz ze zgrzewadłem umożliwiającym podawanie materiału bez potrzeby zatrzymywania linii. W składzie linii nie ma elementów, które są zaznaczone na czerwono na zdjęciach. Maszyna może również produkować folię bąbelkową do zastosowań technicznych.

The thickness of the labels, which can be available from 60 microns to 200 microns, the machine is perfect for dividing various materials that can be created in the type of technical products according to its characteristics. The line also includes an accumulator device with a welded device for feeding material without power to the line. The line does not contain elements that are marked in red in the photos. The machine can also produce bubble wrap for technical applications.
