As the binding process continues, the brochures move slowly along the conveyor toward the trimming machine, allowing the glue to cool. By the time the untrimmed brochure reaches the Horizon HT-80 three-knife trimming machine, it has already cooled and is automatically fed into the trimmer. Once the book is trimmed, it is automatically transferred to the gravity conveyor, where the final product is ready for packing. This streamlined layout minimizes the need for additional personnel, requiring only two workers: one to load the brochures into the binding machine and another to pack the trimmed books. 1.
