These are subsequently mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or alternative ingredients – for which an additional big bag station is available. After mixing, the product is weighed and further blended before being conveyed to the Rheon forming machines. The Rheon machines form the product; if desired, an internal filling can also be applied. The product is then transferred to the breading drum and subsequently to the spiral freezer, where the exterior is hardened to guarantee good packability.
