The conveyor belt is equipped with a plastic belt. The frame is made of stainless steel 1.4301, has its own drive, and is controlled via the system’s PLC control. The conveyor belt brings the washed goods out of the machine, makes a 90° curve to the left, and then conveys the goods towards the machine entrance (where the items to be washed are placed on the machine). There are 3 photoelectric sensors at different points on the conveyor belt, equipped with special holders and mutually facing reflectors on the stainless steel structure. Belt width 400 mm / height up to 400 mm (At the beginning – 1 sensor before the curve, 1 sensor at the end, and 1 sensor approx. 2 m before the end) is a buffer zone (1-2 m long). As soon as the buffer zone is filled with returning washed goods, the machine and the conveyor belt stop automatically.
