All relevant wear parts, including ball guides and drive spindles, were thoroughly inspected and replaced where necessary. This was followed by a complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measuring system. The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. Every hose, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines, was completely replaced. Furthermore, the machine has been fully repainted and visually presents itself in an impeccably maintained state. The generator and control system were cleaned and technically tested. The generator’s cooling unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and consistent operation.
