Condition: as good as new (ex-display), Year of construction: 2005, functionality: fully functional, Wellmatic Packaging Machine (as new) Suitable for books, brochures, CDs, DVDs, catalogues, spare parts, etc. Utilizes self-adhesive corrugated rollboard. Package length is automatically adjusted to the product length, which is electronically measured at the infeed. The maximum output of the Wellmatic—up to 35 packages per minute—depends on optional equipment such as product feeders, labelling units, as well as staffing and product type. The machine was only used for demonstration purposes by Dostal Maschinenbau GmbH and accordingly has very low operating hours. Equipped with Siemens Simatic OP7 (7-DP) control panel, Simatic S7-300 controller, and 2 Lenze frequency inverters with Profibus-DP. Both automatic and manual modes are possible. Outfeed conveyor: length 1,400 mm, working height 920 mm. Infeed conveyor: length 1,070 mm, adjustable working height from 940–985 mm; maximum package/roll width: 450 mm; maximum package thickness: 75 mm; maximum product width approx. 350 mm.
