The vibratory bowl is fully functional even without the PLC, the built-in vibratory bowl controller does not require PLC control. Process: Fasteners are filled into the bowl in bulk and conveyed upward by mechanical vibration (micro-throw principle). The vibratory bowl is automatically switched on or off depending on the fill level of the screw magazine. The screw is then conveyed by compressed air through a plastic hose to the downstream device. The feed impulse for each individual screw is triggered externally by the downstream device.
