Description
Universal balancing machine on a horizontal rotating axis bed with belt drive, bearing capacity up to 700 kg, which can be additionally equipped with rotor drive from a headstock by means of cardan shaft. The machine makes it possible to balance many types of rotors such as engines, paper machine shafts, fans, pumps, spindles and many other machine subassemblies. The balancing process is controlled by the latest measuring system "ROTORTEST 9.5" with dedicated software equipped with workshop programs converting unbalance into convenient correction method, e.g. into drilling or milling parameters.
The greatest advantages of this type of balancing machine are its universal application, high measurement accuracy, simple and quick calibration method, so called "manufacturer's calibration", which does not require calibration runs before starting the measurements. The whole procedure consists only in entering the basic parameters of the rotor into the program. The machine is an excellent choice for balancing single units of various rotor models as well as large series of the same rotor model. The machine ensures high balancing accuracy and short cycle times. Highest quality components of worldwide recognised brands are used in the production of the balancing machine.
The proposed machine is a demonstration machine, however its operation and appearance is in perfect condition
