Special design with thermetic cream outlet (no pump), for cold skimming, therefore the cream is pushed out with hermetic system but the inlet pressure (no cream pump/gripper inside machine), without damaging the fatt bowls even at low temperature, including Bowl, motor cover and manouvering water valves. Motor 22 kW - 41 A - 1.775 rpm - 60 Hz. Bowl speed 5920 rpm. Weight: 1.686 kg.
